First time plugging it was a little bit confusing when I scrolled thru the menu it showed 100% but that was only because the voltage sensor cannot tell the difference between charging and plugged out it can only measure one type of voltage and when charging its the same as the charging voltage. Probably all units will come fully depleted due to safety reasons.Charging was about 22 hrs after that I managed to charge my laptop with it but only with a 12V to 220V inverter plugged into the 12V socket. Some laptop chargers will be uncompatible directly plugging into the 220V outlet probably because of the sinus wave form of the output. It fully charged my laptop in 2 hrs and even with the inefficient method of plugging in a different inverter it only depleted to 65%.The overall build quality is excellent the whole thing is very solid
