Embroidery
Embroidery is a great professional and durable way to customize your item! It is the most popular choice for logo’d polos, dress shirts, jackets & more.
Set-Up
Either choose from our large selection of logos, or reach out to get yours set up! The setup fee is $25 per design. This fee covers our cost to create the correct file for embroidery. We are happy to waive this fee if you already have the correct file (.dst).
Please be mindful of your logo. Very small details and complex designs, such as gradients do not translate well. If your logo is very complex, we may need a simplified alternate.
monogramming
We also offer monogramming! If you are interested in monogramming services please reach out to us via email or stop by our store.
Please note, while we do welcome bringing in your own items, not all items may be embroidered. Thinner materials, and t-shirts, are not able to withstand the amount of tention and weight that the thread causes which can lead to holes, puckering, and curling after wash. We are happy to evaluate your item in person or help point you in the right direction before purchase. Our catalog of items is specifcally curated with items that we know can hold up to the embroidery process and give you the best outcome!

Direct-to-film Printing
The most cost effective way to print custom full color designs and logos on t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, or any fabric able to withstand heat – with no order minimums!
Set-Up
Setting up your design or logo to be printed is FREE! All we require is a high quality PNG or vector file of your design.
While DTF is full color with endless possibilities, it does have some limitations. Drop shadows and transparent gradients do not translate well. We recommend refraining from using either elements, utilizing halftones to achieve a similar end result.
Design services
Need help bringing your idea to life? No problem! We can help create designs, logos, and edit files to prepare them for printing. Pricing for creating designs and logos from scratch is determined on a case by case basis.
Please note, while we do welcome bringing in your own items, not all items are able to withstand the printing process. The fabric content needs to be able to withstand at least 300 degrees in order to prevent burning. An easy way to check, does your item say no iron? We are happy to evaluate your item in person or help point you in the right direction before purchase. Our catalog of items is specifcally curated with items that we know can hold up to the printing process and give you the best outcome!

Sublimation
Sublimation is a great way to maintain the softness & longevity of a t-shirt. The fabric itself is dyed leaving you unable to feel it! We can also sublimate special hard substrate items such as metal signs, tumblers, ceramic mugs, and more.
Limitations
We are only able to sublimate on specific items with a high polyester content, or items with a special coating (tumblers, metals, keychains). The item must be light in color, as there is no white sublimation ink. Designs can tend to be more muted on darker items. Sublimating on black is not available.

Laser Engraving
Out of all the hard substrate customization processes, laser engraving is the most durable! Since the material itself is etched away or burned there is little to no risk of fading or coming off when washed. We offer many different laserable items including a line of leatherette gear (coasters, patches, tumblers, keychains, notebooks, etc.), and Polar Camel endurance drinkware.
Set-Up
The setup fee is $15 per design. This fee covers our cost to create the correct file. We are happy to waive this fee if you already have the correct file (.svg).
Engraving requires a simplified single color design, free of gradients and transparent areas. We are happy to help you prepare your design file for engraving!

Please note, while we do welcome bringing in your own items, we do not accept items brought in for laser engraving. Due to the differences across brands and manufactures we cannot guarantee the outcome of the engraving process, or the saftey of burning off the materials. Our items that we provide are specifically designed in mind to create satisfactory results in a safe manor.
